Last updated: April 29, 2026

Using the service

You may use drauric only if you can form a binding agreement and follow these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial information you enter, import, edit, or delete.

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, scrape or overload the system, or use the product for unlawful activity.

Financial information and no professional advice

drauric is a tracking and organization tool. It does not provide financial, tax, accounting, legal, investment, or professional advice.

Reports, budgets, balances, and calculations are for informational use only and depend on the data you provide. You should verify important figures before making decisions or filing records.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or enforce these terms.

Subscriptions and payments

Some features may require a paid subscription or other paid plan. Pricing, billing intervals, renewal terms, cancellation options, and included features are shown in the app or checkout flow when available.

Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly provided by the billing provider or checkout terms.

Availability and changes

We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or financial decisions made using the service.

Our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law if you have not paid us.
